Allegra Creative Marketing Group is part of the AFB Allegra Marketing Print Mail franchise located in Portage, MI.  We have developed this program to help all centers offer website design and digital marketing with everyone's best interest in mind.  Through this simple partnership program, we will help you and your clients by working and presenting ourselves as part of your team.

We appreciate your interest in a partnership with Allegra & Creative Marketing Group, located at 6054 Lovers Lane, Portage, MI 49002. By signing this engagement, you agree to the following terms and conditions of engagement for us to provide professional services to your clients and compensate you accordingly. The terms of this agreement are only available, and applicable, to Franchisees within the Alliance Franchise Brands Network.

Statement of Engagement: We are a web design and digital marketing service provider who looks, acts, and feels like part of Your team. While during the normal course of business, it is understood that a relationship between Us and the Client will be formed. You are still the primary account owner and manager of the Client relationship. We will make every effort to refer all design, and production work back to You the same as You would perform prior to this engagement.

Definitions:

1. The terms,”We, Us, Our, CMG, or Provider,” refers to, “Allegra CMG”, or, “CMG”.
2. The terms, “You, Your, or Center,” refer to you as the signer, and representative of the Alliance Franchise Brands Franchisee.
3. The term, “Client(s),” refers to Your Client, as a primary client of the signer of this agreement.

Terms & Conditions of Engagement

The Relationship Between You and Allegra CMG

• The relationship between You, and Us will be at arm's length, and all interactions between you and your Client will remain in place.
• You will maintain all primary ownership of all Clients referred to Us.
• We will need to maintain Client account information, contact information, and billing information where necessary to properly perform work for the Client as requested.

Work to be performed by CMG

• CMG will provide all proposals, scope of work, and contracts to the Client.
• CMG will perform all website design, copywriting, digital marketing, software development, connection, and consulting services where required by the Client.

Work to be performed by the Center

• You, as the primary relationship holder, will be expected to continue designing and producing all physical materials as requested by the Client. CMG will forward all requests from the Client to the Center to handle as they would prior to this engagement.
• CMG will only perform graphic design and production services for print, signs, promotional items or other related physical materials, only as requested by the Client and approved by You on an as needed basis.

Responsibilities

• CMG will notify the Center of any proposals to Clients, adjustments to work performed, cancellation of contracts, or changes to commissions within seven (7) days of changes.
• Client responsibilities will include regular attendance of meetings, regular communication during projects, and keeping a valid credit card on file at Allegra CMG for regular payment of ongoing services.
• Center responsibilities will include regularly attending meetings if they choose, regular communication during projects, maintaining the overall Client relationship, and assisting with local services as needed. This may include coordinating photo or video shoots, collecting content, providing assistance with artwork or historical designs, or any other work to assist us in completing Client projects.

Period of Engagement

• The term shall last for the entire duration of agreements signed between the Client and CMG, beginning on the day initiated, and expiring once all terms and conditions of those agreements are fulfilled. We will also notify You of all contracts and agreements entered into by Clients within seven (7) days of acceptance or changes.

Confidentiality

• CMG will keep all Client information confidential, and will not disclose any client information to any third party for any reason, without express written consent of the Client and the Center,, and only for business purposes to complete projects as required by each individual Client’s scope of work. Allegra CMG will never sell Your information or Client information to any third party for any reason.

Professional Fees

• For monthly program plans, CMG will charge Clients directly for all services provided as agreed upon between Us and the Client. Additional work outside the scope of the project or existing contracts will be billed at $150.00/hour directly to the Client.

Payment of Commissions

• Allegra CMG will pay commissions to the Center based on the following schedule, and via direct ACH to the Center on the 20th of each month. Valid bank information must be provided.
  • 20-50% of any up front deposits for setup costs will be paid to the Center by CMG (dependent on scope of work and sale price).
  • $100/month for Essential plan, or monthly custom plans up to $499/month
  • $200/month for Standard Business plan, or monthly custom plans up to $999/month
  • $300/month for Premium E-Commerce plans, or monthly custom plans up to $1,999/month
  • Commission for plans above $2000/month will be negotiated based on Client Scope of Work required.
